• Deposits on in-stock bicycles and accessories are refundable within five days. 15% restocking fee after five days of the full price of the product
• Deposits left on accessories are not refundable after 60 days
• Special orders of non-stock items require 100%, non- refundable deposit

Layaways and Repairs

• Bicycles on layaway must be picked up within 60 days
• Bicycles in for repair must be picked up within 90 days or become store property

Returns

• Gift Cards Cannot be returned and do not expire
• Sorry, No Cash Refunds
• Cash returns will be paid by a BikeWorks company check within three days of return or store credit will be given
• Returns on in-stock accessories must be made within 30 days of purchase, include a receipt, and be in original packaging
• No returns on special order items (excluding bikes)
• In-stock Bicycles can be returned or exchanged within three days of the purchase date. 
• Special order bicycle returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the full price of the bicycle
• Bicycles must be unused to receive a refund
